Time Range Converter

Convert between Grafana and Falcon LogScale time range formats

Grafana doesn't include a time zone in the copied time range, so double check both browser tabs use the same time zone. I'll eventually write a GreaseMonkey plugin that checks Grafana's time zone.

Currently this only handles absolute time ranges. I'm working on supporting "last 15 minutes".
